Q: Can I stay only one or two nights?
A: No. We are monthly guesthouses. We require at least full amount of first month rent even if you are staying less than 30 days.
Q: Is there internet access in the guesthouse?
A: Yes. All of our guesthouses have free Wi-Fi connection. Also, there is a common PC in the living room except for Guest House Shinjuku.
Q: Do you have washing machine?
A: Yes, we do. It costs 100 yen each time.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Some of the guesthouses refund 100% unless you caused any damages. The other refund half of the deposit after deducting maintenance fee. Please ask each guesthouse.
Q: Can I cancel after the rent is already paid?
A: Yes you can. However, the cancelation fee (2,000yen) will be charged.
Q: Is it safe for women to walk around the guest house at night?
A: Yes. All the guesthouses are located in quite safe area and facing main street.
Q: What kind of people stay in the guesthouse?
A: There are many kinds of people living at TenTen such as students, working holiday makers, English teachers, or people who are looking for a job or apartment.
Q: Do I need a guarantor?
A: No. But we require your valid passport or alien registration card when you move in.
Q: Do I have to pay for utilities and some other expenses?
A: Some guesthouses include utility fees in the rent but the other don't include and you have to pay the utility fees besides the rent. Please ask each guesthouse.
Q: Can I park a bike?
A: Guest House Tokyo and Backpackers×Rider House Tokyo have parking space but the other don't have parking space.
Q: Do I get any help in case of natural disaster?
A: There will be a meeting point set in front of the office of our guest house in Waseda.
Food and water will be provided for a couple of days.
